Service rules

A few simple rules for clients and designers. Most importantly, communicate and agree on work inside Hilance without exchanging personal contact details.

01

Do not exchange personal contacts

Do not post or request email addresses, phone numbers, handles, QR codes, or messenger and social links in profiles, briefs, applications, or chat. Do not ask someone to continue the conversation outside Hilance. Work links are for viewing a portfolio, not bypassing this rule.

02

Keep deal terms in the service

Discuss scope, deadlines, revisions, and delivery in the application and deal chat. Do not request direct payment or bypass the service's deal flow.

03

Treat each other with respect

No harassment, threats, spam, fraud, or unlawful offers. Do not publish someone else's personal information.

04

Represent work honestly

Clients describe real projects and terms. Designers show their own work, or work they have permission to share, and make realistic commitments.

The service may automatically reject content containing obvious contact details. Automated checks cannot catch every workaround; violations may lead to restricted access.
